Commit to sessions, not the scale
Choose how often you’ll train, the deadline and who confirms it. Then sign. “3 times a week” still lets you pick the days.
Commit to your sessions and choose what a skip costs. Skip, and your training partner knows before you talk yourself out of the next one.
Not ready yet? See how it works
You’ve started plenty of programs. The hard part is week four, when motivation fades and excuses sound reasonable. Skipless is built for that week.
“I’ll go tomorrow. I’m wrecked today.”
“Monday’s a fresh start. It was last Monday too.”
“I was going well until I got sick, then never got back into it.”
One skipped session never hurts. That’s what makes the next one so easy.
When skipping costs something now, you keep showing up.
Real screens from the app. Two minutes to set up.

I will train at the gym for at least 45 minutes, three times a week. I check in 3 times in each 7-day block, logged by 8:00 pm on the block’s last day, proven by self check-in and confirmed by Sam (if Sam doesn’t answer within 24 hours of a deadline, my check-in stands). Each miss costs $20, charged after a 24-hour dispute window. After each miss, Sam also gets my Skip Message: “Couch 1, me 0. Your next coffee is on me.” Sam hears about every miss.
Choose it on a good day. It’ll be waiting on the cold, dark morning you’d rather stay in bed.
Nothing is charged until a miss stands for 24 hours, so you can always appeal.
Trained? Tap Log it. The week’s done when the bar’s full. Your training partner or PT can confirm each session.
Gym check-ins by location and live photo proof are coming.
Pick who gets your miss alerts: a training partner, your PT, your sister. They hear the moment you miss. If the miss stands, your Skip Message follows and any money is charged.
They can nudge you before the next session too. Harder to skip when someone’s expecting you.
Add Skipless to your home screen and it opens like an app. Nothing to download or update.
Losing feels about twice as bad as gaining.1 When University of Pennsylvania researchers framed money as something people could lose, they hit their step goal on about 50% more days.2 And Stanford researchers found people who got regular check-ins were doing 51% more exercise a year later.3
Findings from the studies named, not results from Skipless users.
Skipless tracks what you do, not what you weigh. Commit to the sessions and let the results follow. No weigh-ins, no calorie targets.
You log each session, and your training partner or PT can confirm it. Gym check-ins by location and live photos are coming.
Appeal within 24 hours. Nothing is charged while your appeal is open.
No. They get texts or emails and can reply STOP any time.
Yes, while Skipless is in beta. After that, one commitment stays free.
Week four is coming. Have a deadline waiting for it.
